It is a family run business with tradition in hospitality, as Xenios Zeus was worshiped here, in nearby Dodoni.

It is a fully renovated building and its jewel is the newly-built third floor with the capacious balconies. It is located in the centre of the city so one can easily visit all the sights around, which aren't exactly a few in Ioannina and the surrounding area.
